Thank you for your interest.
Air Deliver will begin by offering 300 franchises in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
From Gympie to Toowoomba to Lismore to Ballina.
Basically 3 per state electoral district of which there are around 100 in this wider area.
2 franchises have been sold so far.
One in Coomera on the Gold Coast and one in Daisy Hill in south Brisbane in the Forde electoral district.
The basic concept is that Air Deliver will pay drivers to deliver packages from one pick up/ drop off point to another. Each franchisee will own and operate a pick up and drop off point inside their electoral district.
The franchisee will purchase a franchise from Air Deliver for an agreed amount. Payment can be spread monthly over 2 years.
There is a money back guarantee at any time.
Franchises can be sold at any time but Air Deliver reserves the right to buy the franchise back for the amount that the highest bidder is prepared to pay. The sale must be done by tender.
After the first 6 months franchisees will pay half of the running and operating cost of their franchise business.
Wages for staff if any and also rental.
Centres will be expected to be open from 5 am to 9 pm on Monday to Saturday and from 9 am to 6 pm on Sundays.
By way of reward franchisees will usually receive 7.5% for the first 6 months then after that 15% of the delivery fee of any delivery that is paid for any delivery either to or from their pick up and drop off point.
An exception to this will be when deliveries need to be picked up and delivered twice after being held overnight. In that case the delivery fee will be shared 10%% each by both franchisees involved. For example if a delivery comes from Beerwah to Chermside and then needs to be taken to Toowoomba the next day then all 3 franchisees involved will share the fee. This will be relatively unusual.
It is expected that most deliveries will be sales from Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree.
Air Deliver will be responsible for all marketing to and for all relationships with those communities.
Franchisees will not be involved in marketing or online customer service.
Each franchisee will receive a unique affiliate link.
When they introduce customers or newsagents or other franchisees they will be rewarded.
